Alors j'ai fais un : asterisk -vvvvvr
(comme je débute j'espere que c'est ca un sip debug)

Non pour sip debug il faut activer "sip set debug peer NOMDUPEER" ou nomdupeer ton téléphone et spa (il faut activer deux fois) passe un appel et join le fichier ici, ou pastebin.

Je me retrouve pas, vous avez peer Fixe, peer SPA, même adressage difficile de comprendre.
Pouvez vous:
1: Activer debug pour deux périphériques concernés et et le nommer "appel ok"
2: Même chose, appel KO.
3: Chaque fois dessiner un schema de l'appel, par exemple:
HCIO 192.168.1.12 <>WAN <> asterisk 78.x.x.x.x/192.168.1.10 <> SPA <> 192.168.1.x
