Asterisk migration

Hello,

I have in fact a Asterisk installed in CentOs 5.4 server, this Asterisk in configured as Auto-Dialer. the main of this topic is to know how can i copy or make the migration of Asterisk version on new CentOs server.
It's sufficient to copy all folders content from --> To new server? for exemple:

astetcdir => /etc/asterisk
astmoddir => /usr/lib/asterisk/modules
astvarlibdir => /var/lib/asterisk
astagidir => /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin
astspooldir => /var/spool/asterisk
astrundir => /var/run
astlogdir => /var/log/asterisk

You have to copy astspooldir => /var/spool/asterisk and astetcdir => /etc/asterisk but only after you have recompiled asterisk from sources for the current platform, also /etc/dahdi if you have dahdi installed.
