Incapable de faire des appels 1800

Bonjour,

Je suis situé au Canada et j'essaie de comprendre pourquoi je suis incapable de faire des appels à des numéros sans frais 1800.

Le système me donne deux messages. "You have dialed a number that is not available from your area" ou "All system are busy now please try again later"
