Bonjour, je suis d'accord sur 2 premier points mais pas sur le fait que coté client il ne faut rien ouvrir.
Voyons un cas simple:
asterisk <> nat <>internet <> nat <> téléphone
Dans la manière générale le conntrack de nat coté téléphone fonctionne bien et il arrive a identifier le flux rtp qui passe dans la direction du téléphone.
Mais lorsque on ajoute canreinvite = yes coté asterisk, lorsque le transfert est effectué, le flux rtp peut être redirigé depuis fournisseur Sip de l'asterisk directement, conntrack va le droper. Autre moment, les modems pas chers ont un conntrack just mauvais, et par moment ça ne fonctionne pas du tôut. Et pas de choix il faut rediriger les ports par téléphone. Ça ne s'arrange pas lorsque les téléphones on un adressage dynamique. Je vous conseille une manière simple et efficace, il faut activer UpNp sur le routeur, et activer l'option upnt sur les téléphones. La redirection des ports sera négocié automatiquement, et autre avantagé le poste téléphonique se renseigne sur l'adresse ip externe sans votre intervention.

Oui mais le mieux est de ne pas activer canreinvite pour l'extension remote et alors on n'a jamais à ouvrir quoique ce soit ce qui est nettement plus confortable, non ?
Si on a besoin de forwarder des ports dans cette config, le routeur a effectivement un gros soucis mais bon freebox, livebox, neufbox, linksys, dlink... ne m'ont pas posé de pb pour des extensions isolées en config double nat. Si meme avec la livebox ca marche...
On demandera eventuellement juste si possible au tel/ata d'utiliser des ports fixes pour faciliter le travail du routeur.
Donc:
- verif config nat dans sip.conf -> analyse des settings du fichier.
- verif rtp.conf -> analyse/modif des settings du fichier.
Apres on determine les ports a forwarder vers le serveur asterisk coté serveur. Si c'est la config par defaut, ca sera udp 5060 et udp 10000-20000 mais c'est a verifier...Si la config nat est incorrecte, ca ne marchera pas meme si les bons ports sont forwardés. Ne pas se focaliser donc uniquement sur le routeur.
